Maps not working on LTE

Anyone else getting this? Maps not working when away from phone. 

Data is working, I was able to download a game from the play store. SMS and calling works too. 
My watch is on T-Mobile's Data with Paired Digits cellular plan (works standalone it just copies my phone's number)

If the watch is still not allowing you to use the app on the watch, a factory reset is recommended. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

I added photos to my post. You can see in the quick settings location is blue, on. Where else do I need to check?

Not 100% sure what you mean but I think LTE is on
