Have the Samsung ultra watch. Turned on notifications in app for messenger get notifications on watch for messenger but when I reply and hit sent it says sent but it doesn't appear in the messenger window has anyone got it to work.

@ChaosSaberSo, I received this response from Samsung in regards to the error report I submitted on this issue. They are puting the blame on Meta.
"Dear Customer,

Please request analyzing to Meta. It happens by updating version. It's not reproduced on [471.1.0.51.108] but [488.0.0.56.106] And from logs, it looks 'startActivity' intents provided and it makes app open, i guess. It's not only reproduced on Fit3 but also in Watch7 on the latest version.

So, now I just upgraded to the Watch 7 and not only can I not respond to messenger messages on the watch, but the notifications do not even come to the watch, which is really odd, since it's set to show notifications on the watch. Has anyone been able to report this to Meta, since Samsung says it's a Meta problem and I can't find a way to do so.

I have sent them multiple messages with the report a problem function.  They don't seem to be doing anything.  Have you tried installing the INformer app on your phone and watch and using that to receive messenger messages and replying to them.  It's a workaround in the meantime for me.

No, I never heard of the app, is it in the Play store?  How does it work?  I'm actually just training my sister to use text instead of messenger.

you download it on your watch using playstore and on your phone as well, enable notifications in the app on your phone for the various things like messenger etc, then when the message comes from messenger via the informer app you can reply and it will actually work

I must be doing something wrong. I downloaded the app on both devices and now, at least I'm getting the messages again from messenger, but tesponded are still going nowhere.

you have to make sure you are using informer app to reply and not messenger app

So I have to open the informer app on the watch to reply? I keep getting a warning that the app doesnt have permission to read messages on phone and I don't see how to enable it.

mine automatically launches when I get the message, have you enabled notifications of the informer app on your watch and on your phone by going to notifications on your watch and then app notifications, then scrolling down to the informer app and making sure it is turned on.
