I don't have any watch but my S 22 ultra is having this problem, I've been trying to get it to download the update for two days unsuccessfully. It will stay stuck on a low percentage of download for about an hour then disappear until I go back to the update section in settings where it tells me it failed to download along with some error 407 message. I've been with Samsung for years and never had this problem in the past.
My regular watch 4 isn't updating either. I check nearly everyday but there's no update. I got the S24+ and I dont even have news on one ui 7.. im just playing the waiting game..
I have the same problem. I have the ATT model Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, and have not received the update. According to ATT, there is no update yet and the latest version is UI5.0.
