I like the FE because it comes in the color I want, which matches all the bands I have for my watch 4, but the 7 has the option for a bigger battery. I also cannot decide between the BT & LTE version of either. I can count on one hand the times I was not connected to my phone where LTE would have been practical (even though I currently have an LTE version). I had no issue living without LTE on my watch2, and the only reason I have LTE now is because when I switched carriers, T-Mobile was giving the watch for free with a new line activation.
So, looking at the features between the two models, the only real difference I can see is the larger battery option, unless there's some hidden details that they don't list on the website.
