Galaxy WatchHello,
I tried using the reminder app and I am getting a black screen ...tried in the tiles and in the apps section..can anyone suggest what can be done .. Thank you in advance!

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with the reminders app automatically going to a black screen and would be happy to look into this further for you. Some watch apps need to be installed on both your watch and phone to function. Because of this, if an app acts funny on your phone, it could act funny on your watch as well. If the app is unstable, the app may not open, frequently crash or freeze, or becomes unresponsive. To fix the problem, try restarting your watch and phone, and check for updates. Uninstall the app if issues persist, but it may be necessary to reset the watch. Give this link a try for troubleshooting steps which could resolve the black screen you are experiencing: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003174/
