To provide feedback to Samsung for the watches, open the Wearables app. In the app, tap the Menu, then the Settings Icon. From there, scroll down and tap Contact Us. This will bring to a section where you can submit an error report.
You can also find the steps to submit the report through the Members app, here: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
