Can anyone hear on the Galaxy watch ultra one talking on the microphone instead of using the phone or the speakerphone because I cannot hear from mine

I can hear on mine, but I think you may need to return it

I tried everything I tried to read the watch two times and I spoke on the phone with Samsung for them to diagnostic and they said that I had to ship it in

@Ciscothegamer Have you tried running diagnostics on the watch speaker? 

To do that:

1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app
2. Click on Watch settings
3. Click on Device care
4. Click on Diagnostics
5. Under Connected device diagnostics, click on Galaxy Ultra
6. Scroll down and click on Speaker

Taking calls on my Watch6 BT works just fine. Even on a windy day people on the other end say I sound great, that they can hear me clearly. I live in the desert and we can get some really high winds here.
