Samsung Health/Watch 5 Pro 7 minute workout please

Can we enable a 7 minute workout app on Galaxy Watch 5 Pro?

None of the available external 7 minute workout apps integrate with Samsung Health.

Not even a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) option on such a nice watch.

I would like to stick to Samsung Health, but TODAY, my only option seems to be :

3rd part 7 Minute Workout app --> Google Fit --> Health Sync --> Samsung Health --> Galaxy 5 Pro watch

What I WOULD LIKE:

7 Minute Workout app --> Samsung Health --> Galaxy 5 Pro

OR 

7 Minute Workout app -->Galaxy 5 Pro--> Samsung Health
