The Samsung ultra watch set to work mode. The step counter was not working. Checked setting on my phonphone after work. Found out it changes it to power save. Does this disable the step counter? I have turned off the power save feature in the "Work Mode". Is this the fix? Or will I end up with the same issue. If I set the watch to work Mode?
When the watch is in power saving mode, many features are turned off, syncing and network connectivity being a couple. I don't see any reason why putting your watch in work mode will turn on power saving, but you can edit the mode to take the power saving parameter out. You, or someone with access to your phone, may have added it to your mode setting, as the default configuration is for Do Not Disturb to be on only. If you go into the work mode to edit it, you can add what you need to and take away what you don't. All the modes are editable to your needs.
