Samsung failed time

I just upgraded from S21 ultra to S24 ultra due to a malfunction with the S21. I have bought multiple watches over time for the different looks not just for me but for my wife as well. My watches now will not work with the newer phone. I'm offered $15 for my watch that costs hundreds. They consider a watch as an accessory for trade in but it is a device for purchase. I can not keep purchasing watches to replace the others that still work perfectly. Samsung needs to think about the people who made them what they are. They get richer from us and then take advantage of us. When they make it where I can afford a watch that will always work with my phones I'll return to them until then I will use a real smart watch aka Analog automatic watch it always works.

What watch do you have that will not work with the S24?

I have the Galaxy s3 classic . It's still a great watch but they made it to where it will not connect.

I have the S4. My wife has an S5. Both are great watches and have no issues connecting to her S23 or my S24. They are relatively cheap watches now. You might look at on of these. Probably would look at the S5.

The trade in value for a gear S3 on the samsung store is currently 100 dollars, not 15.

AT$T was fooling you...check prices on ebay and Swappa if you can...might get more $ selling it than trading it...
