Samsung stole my Trade-ins, I'm done with them...

I'm soooo disappointed in the way Samsung treated me after decades of being a loyal customer. I purchased a couple watches on the amazing trade-in offer that was being offered during Black Friday for the Galaxy 7 & 7 Ultra. $400 for my trade-ins, deal!. I would've never considered it without that at this time in life! Sent them a fit bit and my Galaxy 4 Classic, along with a earbud trade-in too. 


Everything was going good till I got that first email about my Trade-ins not making it. Contacted them next day, was told not to worry it just hasn't made it yet.. Got another email saying they haven't arrived. Contacted them again, said not to worry it's in processing but not in the system... Now a new email honoring just the $20 trade-in for my earbuds. Another about the 2 trade-in watches missing. Contacted them again, was told it's still processing and not to worry....

Another week pass same thing... Contact them again, they tell me not to worry again and if I'm charged it'll be removed... 

Guess what, got CHARGED $400 on like Christmas eve!!! Yup right after all the Christmas shopping! Now I'm **bleep**, contacted Samsung again... Figured out I sent all the devices in 1 box and they all should've been sent in separate boxes... then they tell me oh this wasn't escalated and they are doing that now to expedite getting my money back. Once again tells me not to worry and that I'll be refunded...

Nothing happened a few more times after that. So now that Samsung just straight disrespected me, yeah I'm done! I really had planned on getting the S25 Ultras but now I'm looking at the other brands... Maybe a Pixel... Maybe OnePlus, idk... as much as I dislike them maybe even an iPhone. Idk but it won't be Samsung anymore. Been with Samsung way too long! Pretty sure I have a large network of people that switched because of me! 

Ill miss you but Never again!

Seen this with carrier trade ins not sure why it's ine a box but tracking perhaps you should of received a label for each one

Did you take photographs of the trade-ins sent in and the shipping box with them in it ? Did you show the items to the shipping clerk before sealing up the box with the shipping label ?

As a word of caution, in the future unless very explicitly instructed to; do not complete *any* trade-in involving multiple devices in the same box. Very likely to get "lost". This applies to all telecom and cell device manufacturers.

I had that happen to me had photos and videos. Plus, a tracking number. They never gave me my money back. Watch your bank account weeks later they try to automatically charge you for it.

Always take videos and pictures putting them in the box and wrapping them up to separate boxes for each product. And never let UPS or FedEx box it up for you do it yourself. Someone's from FedEx or UPS could have taken them.

I did do that but I should've shipped them all in separate boxes
