I've realized that the battery in the watch5 Pro is amazing. 24 hours later and I still have 71% charge with Always On Display, off.

So, I decided to leave it on all the time to see how it lasts. 24 hours later and I'm only at 65% battery charge. Amazing.

With the display always on, and the brightness at 100, and adaptive brightness off, the screen immediately dims, and if I touch it, it doesn't do anything. I want the brightness at 100 all the time.

I have to tap the home button to make the brightness 100%, then I can do things on the watch.

Why is it dimming, and unresponsive to my touch?

Thoughts?
Thanks.

Hello, Thank you for being part of the Community. We understand wanting to keep the screen brightness at 100% at all times.

You can keep the screen on longer by changing the screen timeout under the display setting. You can change it on the watch up to 1 minute.

The screen will still dim after a minute to help prevent image retention in the display. You can adjust your settings to turn on "Raise wrist to wake" to allow the watch screen to wake up by moving your wrist.

Let us know if this helps.
