Galaxy WatchI have had both a watch 4 and, now, a watch 7. I have linked comcast to Outlook. With both watches, Outlook does not sync properly with my samsung phone. I only get emails on the watch when the phone is on (both blue tooth and wifi are on and both watch and phone 'see' each other). However, even then I do not get all emails, only those sent by individuals (i.e. no subscription feeds). When the phone is not on, I do not get any emails on the watch. I have tried linking comcast with gmail. This works well on the phone but on the watch I only get 'true' gmail emails. I have talked to Comcast but, as always, with no effect. I have talked to Microsoft outlook team with same result and, as well, with a Samsung person.
Any advise w/b appreciated

Galaxy WatchThe Outlook app on the watch, which does not have many features on the watch, needs a connection to the phone to get mail. An LTE enabled watch will get the email even if the phone is not near it as long as the phone has the connection to receive the email.
I just tested this with my LTE Watch7Ultra. With all phone connections off, simulating a phone that is off, neither the phone or the watch get's email until the phone is turned back on. If I turn off just B T and WiFi both the phone and watch get the email because of the LTE connection.
I also tested it by having my tablet online with the phone off. The tablet received the email but the watch didnt confirming that the outlook Companion app on the watch is only connected to the Outlook app on the phone.
So I don't think this is a bug, but rather as designed.
