Sports band vs standard silicone band

I'm looking for a new watch band for my GW6. I'm currently rocking the default silicon band it comes with, but noticed there new sports band that come out with the GW7 line up. Is there a comfort difference between the two or are they basically the same type of material?

I personally prefer metal bands if you want any watch band that has a 20 mm lug will fit the Galaxy watch 6 and Galaxy watch 7

I'm very active throughout my day, so I'm looking for something durable plus comfy. Ive had metal bands before and they dig into my wrist too much

I've had the same issue. Using a silicone band on my G7.
