I'm at a loss on how the most expensive watch band I have ever bought from Samsung won't stay closed. I got the titanium band for my Watch 5 Pro. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it supposed to be magnetic? If so, it's very poorly designed.

This is the new band and how to set it up. Try making sure that the clamping area is clean and free from debris. The adjusting side can be another weak point, make sure the band lock is fully depressed also.

I've worked wearing my watch many times and it clasps really strongly. I haven't had it open inadvertently.

I hope this helps and is what you're speaking of.

Are you referring to the "D-Buckle?"

No, it's a brand model they just came out with.

Ok, the newest band that they came out with on this model is called the D Buckle Sport band. Is it that band?

Also take off the small plastic strips covering the clasp and magnet. Mine had this.
