Trade in rejected and will not accept a return on the watch

I have been using Samsung for over 15 years, phone, watch, tablet, tv and more. This last trade in for a Watch 7, I traded a perfectly working, excellent condition Watch 6. Weeks go by after trade in and now they rejected the trade in, which I am fine with and they are shipping my trade in back. 

I went to return the Watch 7 because I can simply go back to the Watch 6 with no issues at all but they are refusing to return the new Watch 7! I feel like this is a bait and switch tactic now being used by Samsung.

If you've had the watch 7 for more than 30 days it's past it's return date plus what did they say was the reason for the decline of trade in

You should contact them to find out why it was rejected and you would like to see video and or pictures of the inspection. Samsung records them.

There should be a return window extension for trade in that take longer than 30 days to complete
