Watch 7 44mm error 2001 trying to set up mobile network

Hii guys. I bought a watch 7 today and set it up. I can't set up the mobile network. It keeps showing the error code 2001. Has anyone experienced this before? How can we solve it?

Tried contacting the carrier? If they won't help, then try reporting the error in this app through support tab.

Yes I contacted them but it didn't work. I will search on other forums maybe someone has the same problem

I think my wife's mobile internet is not active because it is active on another phone and the phone I use has digits. Customer service said that if I turn off eSIM on my iPhone and install the new line on my Android phone, it will work. . We will see
