Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy watch ultra not connecting to your Wi-Fi. There could be several reasons why your watch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network. For example, the Wi-Fi settings on the watch may be set to off, or there could be issues with the wireless networking you're trying to connect to. Give these links a try for steps to troubleshoot your Wi-Fi network and your watch: https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/what-to-do-if-you-cannot-connect-your-samsun... and https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003084/#reset-your-samsung-smart-watch
Please note: Depending on the security settings of certain Wi-Fi routers, some routers may not be able to connect to the Galaxy Watch.
If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. For in-warranty repairs: Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
