Sunday in
Galaxy Watch
I bought a new Watch 7 on on February 27. I immediately noticed an issue with the watch battery. It would completely drain in 24 hours or less. I called support 2 days in and decided to keep it for the weekend to troubleshoot on my own. That Monday I messaged support, ended up sending it back for repair. Got it back the following Monday and nothing had changed. The support person was less than helpful and messed with me for an hour. Asked me for details he already had just to waste my time. Not impressed. Had to send it back again. (I'm so very sorry that I sent in my Watch 5 that was working perfectly well.)
Question -
How many times are you expected to send it back for repair before they replace it?
