This may be weird...but my Ultra is turning on by itself while charging. Anyone dealt with that??

It's right, according to Samsung it's in fixing that. It's not alarming, although it's annoying that. 😊😊

On your watch make sure this is toggled off

Go to Settings >>

Battery >>

make sure this "Auto power on" is turned off

In settings > go to battery > scroll to bottom n turn off " while charging
