Watch Ultra cannot be repaired locally and has to be shipped to Samsung

I pay for Samsung Care Plus to have my seven Ultra covered and a supervisor tells me to bring it to a repair shop in my town and now I have some jack leg telling me that I can't do that I have to mail it in even though it's specifically States same day replacement or repairs so if that's the case I'm returning this 600 plus dollar watch and washing my hands of it and getting a refund so y'all better watch them looks like looks like they're starting to lie to people

It's best to have the coverage thru your phone company versus the actual makers

I believe most if not all service providers farm out their repair work & most of them use Asurion. The Samsung same day service used to be administered by Dish Network installers, but I don't know who they currently use.

Everyone's saying they paying 100 dollars for just a screen I pay 200 dollars for a brand new phone replacement cheaper of u have a valid evidence of stolen or lost goods

My phone provider didn't offer any kind of coverage for the watch which is why I had to resort to Samsung Care Plus I had to have some insurance on $650 watch LOL

Some repair shops do not have the ability for complex repairs; and repairing the watch, especially a new model, is more difficult than repairing a phone. You need to recognize that fact as it pertains to any manufactured product. If you want to return the watch for a refund and wash your hands of it, that's certainly an option for you. I would think if the repair is that complex I would be asking for a replacement. At least the guy at the shop didn't attempt to repair it and make it worse.

Well someone from Samsung Care Plus said that they looked and verified that the shop a few miles from my house was acceptable and capable of repairing The Watch so I put my trust in what they said because they should have known

It may have been a more complex tepair than they can do at the shop. Just because they can work on the watch does not mean they are capable of every repair. Maybe the guy who does the watch repair quit. Either let them send it out, or return it for a refund. Either way, you are without the watch. My guess is if they ate going to send it out, the watch is going to be replaved.
