Watch ultra, resetting

After the last update, every few days my watch ultra is resetting, anyone else having this happen?

Mine just did it for the 8th time now? I've lost count. Can't trust this thing.

While I have no idea why that is happening, make sure that you back up the watch. Try doing a normal factory reset as well. That is strange though.

Mine is backed up but it loses my watch faces. It does it every day or two. Very irritating

Same issue. No solution from Samsung. They don't even acknowledge the issue exists.
