The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

To wipe the cache partition on your Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra, enter Recovery Mode by holding both side buttons until the watch turns off, then repeatedly press the top button until the bootloader menu appears, select "Recovery mode," and then use the bottom button to select "wipe cache partition" and confirm with the top button. 

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

1. Enter Recovery Mode:

Turn off the watch:

Hold both side buttons (the power/home button and the back button) until the watch turns off.

Enter Bootloader Menu:

As soon as the watch turns off, start repeatedly pressing the top button (power/home button) until the bootloader menu appears.

Select Recovery Mode:

Use the top button to select "Recovery mode" and hold it until the watch reboots into recovery mode.

Any body had any issues with zflip6 after beta update available for downloading. Getting hot . Battery dying quickly than normal.

Hi. There's a lot of us having this issue. We've all tried various things to correct. Supposedly there is a fix in an update that I have yet to see available.

So there's an update out that fixed it? My watch now has been turned off and in the drawer for about 6 days now. I keep checking this thread hoping for some good news. 🤦🏾‍:male_sign:

To clarify, Samsung replied to my feedback request (error/log report) on March 5th, which I submitted via the Samsung Members app. Their response blamed the Life360 app on my phone, committing to the bug being fixed in the next Watch Ultra software update.

Of course, for each subsequent Feedback report I submitted since, their responses are either worthless (telling me to recreate the intermittent issue & resubmit feedback), or contradicting their previous responses.

Summary: I'm not convinced they care enough to investigate, have any clue what's going on, nor have any urgency toward getting it fixed.

Is anyone having issues with their watch ultra randomly disconndisconnecting from their phone? At least once a month my phone will have the "trying to pair" pop up which then puts me in a cycle of (watch) "connect to a new phone? You will loose all data." (Phone) "scanning for new devices. Connect to 'watch model number,' connecting."
Then having to reboot my watch to factory settings and having to deal with tutorials all over again on every button I touch.

Search the forums. There's lots of posts and discussion. No real fix is known. There was something about life 360 causing issues but not everyone had life 360 or those of us who do who deleted it from our phones still had the issue.

Yes, super annoying; good to know it's not user error though. Mine started doing this after the last update.

Come to think of it, that's when my phone started randomly freezing up too. I've been a faithful Samsung user for over a decade but I have to say the last few weeks I've had all kinds of issues I've never had before.

I also have this issue. I have the S24 Ultra and the GW Ultra. Before the January update, I didn't have any problems. I started to back up ALL my data on the Wearable app after I experienced the first disconnect as it deleted some watch faces that I paid for. After disconnecting and resetting the watch, it gives me the option to restore the watch to my original settings. I skipped all the tutorials. I strongly suggest you back up your data for your watch.
