Where is the best place to touch the touch bezel on the Galaxy watch ultra?

What part of the bezel should be reactive when touched? Mine is the most inner ring, right next to the face. I tried swiping on the widest part, but almost none to very little reaction. 

Please give me your thoughts and if anyone else experiences this.

The outermost part of the screen.

Got it, so you actually are touching the outer surface of the face.

You are supposed to be touching that outer part of the screen but keep in mind.It will become useless if you put a rugged case or a bumper case with a raised edge, to protect the screen, the touch bezel will not work
