Hello. I need to send my Z Flip 5 in for service and might not have it for a week or more. Once I get it back will all my workout/sleep/steps, etc. sync to my phone for the time I was not connected to my phone?
It should. All that information is stored in the healh app on the watch, so it should synch up when they meet again.
Don't forget to lock down your phone by putting into maintenance mode to protect your personal info and make a backup to an external device before you send it. Make sure your watch is set to back up to Samsung cloud in the wear app backup settings, so it will back up while the phone is gone (normally it backs up to the phone).
