This morning I was woken by my watch to tell me: Sleeptastic, you got enough sleep last night to get a great sleep score. Well done!

Then I read my sleep score and it went from 88 yesterday to 67 today - a loss of 21 points. Not so Sleeptastic

Bad enough it woke me up, but it was totally wrong as it seems it can't do basic arithmetic! I tend to think that the Samsung Health app might be "slipping some of its pullys" since these last two updates.

@userpMgFwKaOxb I've never had a Samsung Watch wake me up because I had a great sleep time. I think you have installed 3rd party software which generated this notification and woke you up.

Nope, I don't run 3rd party stuff, in fact I would like to remove a lot of the Samsung software I don't use. This is one of those annoying coaching things that were supposed to be turned off. It's also the 2nd time this message woke me up to tell me how great I slept. I think I'll be calling Samsung software support again (not my 1st rodeo, but thanks for the reply.)

Yeah, I have that watch notifications set to vibrate and DND in Sleep mode and, as of today, the alarm vibration on the watch has never been strong enough to wake me up. Since I have a BT version of the Watch7 my phone is always close by and it's my phone that wakes me.

I have awakened and seen the message that you speak of, but I never tried to wake me, to the best of my knowledge. It was more like 'Your awake. You got great sleep.' Maybe it's more based on the restorative sleep that you get, REM sleep I think?

Either way, I'm a horrible sleeper. I sleep no more than four hours before waking, then hope I fell back to sleep, then awake every hour on the hour, pretty much.

Samsung Health app appears to average out your sleep during the entire week and will attempt to keep the hours that you go to bed and arise from bed consistent, as recommended by sleep experts.

It will also attempt to "dress you down" if you drift from that "schedule" too! I don't appreciate it either. This happened with my Watch5. It does not happen with my Watch7. Both watches are set up the same way and have the same apps on them and are managed in the same way. The Watch7 detects supposed sleep when I'm sitting in a chair. The Watch5 does not. All of this started right after the firmware was updated in early December for the Watch5 and the one in January for the Watch7. I have never run into as many update attributable bugs in my 6 years + running these smart watches. As I said above, I'll be calling software support. Thanks for the reply, though.
