It is a brand new charger however I was using an old charging cord. Switched cords and it now works. Thanks.

It is turned on but the QI charger I am trying to use is 30W. Could that be the reason it is not working for me?

That shouldn't cause it to not work. How you tried using it with a different device to ensure its not the wireless charger gone bad?
