I would like details on what SpaceFit and Adaptive+ actually adjust. All i find are marketing materials on it with no useful detail. I am not asking for proprietary knowledge but just what areas do they touch.
Specifially I want to know: Is it just channel level (individual channel loudness) that is being adjusted? Are they adjusting tone, frequency response or transient response? Something else?
I have now calibrated my Q990c. so I am happy with the individual channel levels. I just want to know if SpaceFit and Adaptive+ change those levels. Also if I want no adaptation, does the Surround mode act like Adaptive+ but with fixed levels?
I don't mind cool new tech but at least tell us what you are doing so we can use them intelligently.
I have done a calibration using surround and adaptive and they are different in the side and rear channels. So details would be nice so I can choose which mode to calibrate and use.
