I recently purchased one of these soundbars and it was working perfectly fine then the following morning it turned on and started displaying an error and just cycling through it unless i turned it off.
The error displayed
HELLO...
F CH29...
USB...
OFF
(this repeats unless I turn it off).
I have tried numerous different ways to reset it without any luck, i have tried different power outlets and cables. I didn't think it would be a power supply problem as its turning on, i have tried to load new firmware onto a usb and update it however its unresponsive.
If someone knows anything about the error I have I will be so grateful, its extremely frustrating.
