Huge Shout Out to the Samsung Forum Mods!

BIG BIG THANKS to SamsungSamantha, SamsungJustin, SamsungCaleb, and SamsungLou!

I had a problem with a sound bar that I was trying to resolve since last year.

I couldn’t make make any progress with customer service on getting a refund, and I felt like I was just going around in circles.

The mods here offered to help, and they were able to work with Samsung corporate to shepard a very confusing case to a positive solution.

If any customers here are having problems, please be sure to reach out to the mods. You may be in for a pleasant surprise.
