Q-Symphony not working with S95B and Q800D, I tried everything.

Good morning everyone. I recently bought a Q800D soundbar and using it with my S95B Tv. There is no way to activate Q-Symphony. I connected the soundbar via eARC HDMI on the tv and the device, but when I try to activate Q-Symphony, and error message appear saying that no speaker was found. I read all the guides, but nothing changed. Also, I don't see the option Tv + Soundbar in the Audio options. The soundbar is working perfectly, I tried also to reset it with + and - buttons, but the problem remained.
