Neither of the upper left beverage center doors will stay open on the 4-door flex refrigerator. On a previous post on this topic, the moderator referred the user to https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001017/. This article does NOT provide the answer. This article refers to the door not CLOSING.
PLEASE NOTE: the question is about the door NOT STAYING OPEN. All other doors stay open as desired. It's not a foot-leveling issue. It is just the upper left door. Others have commented about this problem in the past.
