Alexa does not respond any longer

Alexa on our Samsung fridge has been working fine until today. She no longer responds. Speakers are fine. Microphone is also fine because if we say “Alexa set timer” although she doesn’t respond that a timer has been set, the timer will be set and actually go off. But other commands nothing. “Alexa play …” Nothing. “Alexa what is the weather or time” Nothing. Weird. Thoughts on troubleshooting?

Could Alexa be upset because you didn't take her to dinner with the family? Just a thought. She can be temperamental. 😎
