I have a Bespoke 3-Door French Door Refrigerator and when I purchased it, I received a rebate offer for a free set of panels.   I am needing the matte grey glass; however, since I received my rebate code, that color has not been in stock for the bottom panel.  I called Customer Service and was advised it is currently not in stock and that I have to redeem my rebate code before it expires on 12/31/24.  I asked when this would be back in stock, if I could get an alert when it is back in stock or if the rebate code could be extended to allow for it to be restocked.  The representative I spoke to told me that if it is not in stock by the end of this month, I would have to pick another color that is in stock.  Why would I be forced to pick an alternate color that doesn't match my kitchen solely because Samsung doesn't have the product in stock?  It doesn't make any sense.  The next closes match is the stainless steel and that is now not currently available to be shipped to my zip code.  Clearly, this isn't my fault.  If a rebate is offered, it should be honored regardless of when the product is back in stock.  Is there ANYTHING that I can do or that can be done to ensure I receive the product I am requesting?
