My Bespoke refrigerator has an extra door for the beverage center. The latch that holds this door shut which is within the main door is broken. It's a tiny 1/2" piece of plastic that broke. Appliance repair guy says I'll probably have to replace the entire door. But the door isn't in stock anywhere. Even Samsung. What do I do now? And I'm really not happy with a 1/2" piece of thin plastic causing the replacement of an entire door assembly on a $2500 refrigerator that is less than two years old.  Even if/when I can replace the door, it's going to break again!!!

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be frustrating with your fridge door later being broken. Service would be recommended for this. If you wish to purchase parts please go to samsungparts.com. Depending on your warranty you will have a couple of options.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
