5-21-24 -- purchased a 3 door Bespoke fridge under a Samsung promotional offer to receive 3 new panels -- ordered the panels in navy blue steel -- received 1 top and 1 bottom panel -- the 2nd needed top panel was on backorder. Have reached out over the last 9 months to Samsung -- without resolution to the fact that the 2nd top panel is still on backorder.
If Samsung wasn't going to be able to support - supply the required panels in their promotional offer -- shouldn't have made this offer.
