We just installed our new Bespoke Induction range and would like to find a griddle that would bridge the two sync heating zones on the left side of the cooktop. The griddle we had for our old electric range was aluminum so must be replaced.  We have not been able to find a suitable griddle to use. We are hoping that someone in the community has a suggestion for us.

I bought a cast iron one on Amazon. It weighs the lower drawer down a lot! Not a big cast iron fan but hubby is. Takes a while to heat the whole thing. I would search for induction compatible griddle or something if want a lighter weight griddle. There may be something out there!

I bought a Lodge Cast Iron Griddle and it does work.  You are correct, it does take a while to completely heat so that the temperature is even across the griddle.  I also use a paper towel under it to protect the glass top from scratches.

I just carefully place mine on the stove, lifting straight up and down. Do be careful of paper towels and fire risk.

I bought the Lodge and now use a cut-to-fit oven liner sheet to protect the range top rather than paper towel although, since I heat the griddle on 3-4 rather than high heat, I suspect fire risk is very low.
