Hiā¦ we have had the Bespoke Fridge (which I LOVE), but the water dispensed in the pitcher is now floating with white film/gunk. Whenever you take the pitcher out to pour water all this white film starts floating in there like wet tissue. Please help
Sounds like something went wrong with your filter. Try changing the filter and see if you still get the f-i-l-m. Sorry about the dashes, the censor is working overtime again.
Also, make sure you thoroughly clean out the pitcher, there may be some foreign matter in it. Even a filtered water pitcher needs to be scrubbed out regularly.
Use bleach and let it sit for a while, rinse thoroughly and dry before replacing. No soap. It could be soap residue. But, I think it's probably a a bad filter.
