I have a fridge we purchased locally and the door bins are now cracking.

I'd like to see if this is a known issue or can be replaced under warranty. I've seen others with similar issues, and am hoping for a positive response.

Thank you,

Hello there! The warranty would depend on if the unit was purchased from an authorized retailer. Here’s a list of authorized retailers: http://www.samsung.com/us/peaceofmind/authorized_resellers.html

If the unit was purchased off of Facebook marketplace or something of that nature, it more than likely will not come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

To find out what the warranty status is, please check the retailer list, and if it was recently purchased you can reach out to a moderator directly with your model, serial number, a copy of the original bill of sale, and your contact information to set up a request for the bins.

If the unit is out of warranty or doesn’t hold a manufacturer’s warranty, you can purchase new bins from the Samsung parts website. http://www.samsungparts.com
