ERROR code 116 Bespoke Refrigerator

 I have a Bespoke refrigerator model- RF23A9671SG that displaying error code 116. both ice makers are inop, plus the auto fill pitcher. I removed the power source and let it sit for 3 hours, this did not help. Any help would be appreciated.

So after a tech diagnosed my refrigerator turns out diagnostic code 116 is ice bites ice maker failure, requires new ice maker and heated water pipes.
