RE Case #1147993465

I purchased my ME21DG6300SRAA Microwave on 12/02/24. It was delivered and installed on 12/11/24. IT died on 12/20/24. It was repaired on 12/26/24. On 03/03/25 it Died again. I called to schedule service on it again and was told I could not get service scheduled until Samsung Corporate approves the repair. I was told 24-72hrs for Samsung to make a decision on what they want to do. Not to mention I delt with someone from corporate in December because it has my factory warranty ending 10/31/25. I didnt purchase it till 12/2/24. I was told that the date was corrected but when I tried to get the latest repair scheduled It still shows warranty end date of 10/31/25. So much for corporate fixing it.
