This microwave stopped working after 1 year and 1 day.  So now that it's out of warranty it needs to be replaced.  Will never buy another samsung product, other than a TV.  Samsung kitchen appliances are not reliable

At this point, I recommend having the microwave serviced. The following are service options available to you:

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange process.

- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.

- If you're within the one year warranty, you can private message one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service set up. http://bit.ly/2XERsky

- If the unit is out of warranty, you can use the following link below to request service or contact our phone support line at 1-800-Samsung to have service set up for you:

I certainly understand how frustrating that is and am happy to help you. Can you explain how it's not working? Like is it not heating anymore, no power, display panel not working? Have you flipped the circuit breaker to see if it starts working again or checked the outlet the microwave is plugged into?

The microwave no longer heats anything.  All other functions like convection bake/roast work fine.  I tried unplugging the unit for several minutes and that doesn't work.  I replaced the fuse and that didn't work.
