Induction Stove, type of outlet needed?

Hello,

I just purchased a Samsung Induction Stove, Model NE63T8951SS/AA, and need to know the type of 240V outlet needed. I do not want it hardwired to the wall and I can not find this information on the spec or installation guide. The range will be delivered in two months and I would like to be prepared for the installation. My electrician needs to know if the range is a three-wire or a four-wire installation. Essentially he needs the NEMA number for the plug. Can anyone help?

You can choose to use a (plug in) power cord or direct conduit installation ... this is described in the Installation manual for that unit.

The electrician can do either, depending on your choice.

I found this question regarding your Stove in a Best Buy forum. Samsung more or less answers the (your) question, but it directs the individual to reach them on Facebook or Twitter. You can judge by yourself by reading the post on how to proceed. I hope this helps.
