Kitchen and Family HubI want to file a complaint because, after less than a year of use and only cleaning with water, the letters and symbols indicating which burner to use are disappearing. When I asked about it, they told me it's not covered under warranty because it's considered cosmetic, but this is not cosmetic. Samsung didn't put these markings there just for appearance; they were meant to help you identify which burner to turn on or to indicate whether the flame is low or high. Has anyone else experienced this? Where can I file a complaint?
