After the last Microwave Firmware Update, our microwave doesn't heat anymore. There are no error codes. Everything else works. Model number is: ME11A7710DS
I've checked to see if it's Demo mode: No
I've Reset it: No change
I've flipped the Circuit Breaker: Works a few times, then quits heating again
Sometimes it works on the Auto-Cook settings, sometimes it doesn't
