Neely installed Beverage station and ice maker not working

We just received our Bespoke 4-door flex refrigerator. The ice maker nor the beverage station are working. Initially the ice maker made about a dozen pieces, but it’s been 24 hours. Both devices look like they’re trying to work, but no water is getting to them. Is there anything to try before I have to pull out the fridge to check the water line? It’s heavy and it’s pretty snug in its location

Hi there, Thanks so much for posting about this, I can certainly understand the frustration of not being able to use all the amazing features on your brand-new refrigerator. I do have a couple links that should be able to help resolve this. The first link has detailed information on what to do if the ice maker is not working properly.

The next link will walk you through what steps to take when the dispenser is not dispensing.

Once these steps are completed, if the beverage center and ice maker are still not working, the unit will require service. You're welcome to send a private message to any of the moderators here to get started setting up service. However, since your refrigerator was just recently installed, we would recommend checking with your installer first to ensure the unit was properly installed. Additionally, you may want to check with your retailer about possible exchange options instead of service.
