Put 2 pizzas in the oven at 425 degrees, supposed to cook at 425 for 18 mins. After 13 mins we took them out because they were TORCHED. We couldn't figure out why they cooked so fast. We attempted to replicate, and I pre heated the oven to 425. Went perfect and stopped at 425. I changed the temp to 475 and IMMEDIATELY the temp readout was 449 on the oven. So it preheated to 425, but actually was at 449. What's the deal?

Hi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. I can certainly understand the need to have your oven staying at the right temperature. But I have good news, it sounds like all you need is a simple calibration to resolve this. I'm providing a link below that will walk you through the steps of calibrating your oven to the correct temperature. Please let us know if this helps!
