Kitchen and Family HubMy Icemaker is broke like countless others on this and worldwide threads. Samsung knows it is a manufacturer defect and five months ago they said they would repair it. After two months of the technician cancelling appointments we changed technicians. Now Samsung cancelled themselves and said the product is not covered. Just like the very ugly stove dial covers they offer to mitigate a house fire for another manufacturer defect, they provide more horrible service. This is our last Samsung appliance and we will be happy to help others understand to steer clear.
