Kitchen and Family HubThe bottom drawer freezer on our Samsung Refrigerator model RF25HMEDBSR/AA has stopped freezing, and the ice in our ice maker keeps melting and leaking water inside. What can we try before we request service?

Kitchen and Family HubIf the unit is not freezing at all, I would recommend trying to cut the breaker to the unit for about thirty seconds and cutting it back on, if it's still not freezing or coming to temp after about I'd say two hours or so, then the unit would have to be serviced.

Or feel free to reach out to a moderator should you need service.
Don't forget most fridges come with a 5 year sealed system warranty, which covers repairs if there's an issue with the Compressor, evaporator, condenser, drier, and/or connecting tubing.
