Kitchen and Family HubHello,
I have model DW80R2031 dishwasher and am having issues with the racks rusting. I noticed that others are having the same issue and want to know what I can do to have this item replaced by the warranty. I see the same warrant guidelines as another user stating that the rack is cover for 5 years and I have not reached my 5 years just yet.
I would appreciate a response.

Kitchen and Family HubThey surely don't make stuff like they used to. We have a 30 year old Frigidaire dishwasher, and the only thing we replaced was the door seal. These new machines are junk and rarely last to the 10-year mark.

Kitchen and Family HubJust wondering if that rust can pose a health risk over time, as rust particles breaking off during the wash cycle might stick to the dishes.
